@ghbrain_: UPDATE; TikToker Mahama Aminat, popularly known as “Bawumia Ba,” has been granted bail of GH¢50,000 by Court 9 of the Accra Circuit Court following her appearance over an alleged offensive conduct charge. The court granted bail with two sureties, one of whom must be a civil servant earning GH¢2,500 or above, and both sureties must be residents within the court’s jurisdiction. She has also been ordered to deposit her Ghana Card and report to the investigator every Monday between 7:00am and 2:00pm. The court further directed that she should not leave Ghana without prior notice and must submit herself for a medical assessment to determine whether she is pregnant. The case has been adjourned to August 3, with the court ordering her to secure legal representation before the next sitting.
