Our buyers agent in Austin- Lee Ann Vuk was so incredible she saved us thousands of dollars plus she really make sure the deal was protected due to some stuff happening with prior ownership and divorce. So yes pick a buyers agent that is wonderful it pays off!

Honestly, there was a property I offered on that I had a hard time getting to their value - I asked the agent to help me understand because I thought I might be missing something - he quite literally said "no I'm not going to do your job for you" SIR I AM TRYING TO ARRIVE AT YOUR VALUE!!

OK, so here's the thing I always tell people to hire a better agent, but how does the general public decide? Who's a good agent not necessarily just on sales because we have a couple agents in my area who do a lot of transactions but they are the worst deal with and we never wanna deal with them. How would a consumer figure that out I've never been able to answer that.

I always say one of the biggest frustrations in my job are other agents… 😅 The whole idea is getting to the closing table, so I don’t know why agents view each other as the enemy when we should be working together to make the buyer and the seller happy in the transaction! And i also held the flashlight!
