The court granted bail with two sureties, one of whom must be a civil servant earning GH₵2,500 or more, while both sureties must reside within the court’s jurisdiction. She has also been ordered to deposit her Ghana Card and report to the investigator every Monday between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Additionally, the court directed that she must not leave Ghana without prior notice and must undergo a medical assessment to determine whether she is pregnant. The case has been adjourned to August 3, with the court ordering her to secure legal representation before the next hearing.
