I taught my kinders to pass in their papers in reverse order so that last kid was on the bottom and first ended up on top. I'd call them out really fast and they'd all rush over. saved me so much time 😅 worked for graded things. for other work I'd check and pass back we sat in a circle once a week I'd call the name/owner and they'd grab theirs and sit grabbing until they were all passed out then they'd pack them in their folders. worked SO well!

I have a classroom mailbox organizer and when I have my students turn the papers in I have them put their paper in their mailbox and then I just collect it in that order.

It’s not cute but I love mine!!! Keeps assignments so organized and it’s easy to figure out who a paper belongs to if there is one with no name.
