No your just trying to stir up problems. The officer clearly given him visual command ... Because the kid now ignores it he must now use enough force to stop the vehicle and driver and that means removal of the driver out of the vehicle. He is to be restrained and in a safe location. This was a failure to obey a Police Officer's instructions and orders .
