@sugarspiceddreams: fudgy lemon brownies🍋🤍 recipe: lemon batter- ¾ cup salted butter, softened (170g) ¾ cup packed brown sugar (150g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla (5g) 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice zest of 1 lemon 2 cups all-purpose flour (240g) 1 tbsp cornstarch (8g) ½ tsp baking soda (3g) ¼ tsp salt (1.5g) & white chocolate chunks ( i chopped up moser roth chocolate bars ) instructions preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. in a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy. add the egg, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest. mix until fully combined. fold in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until just combined. do not overmix. gently fold in white chocolate until just combined. spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. bake for 24–30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is just set. allow the brownies to cool before spreading the lemon cream cheese glaze over the top. lemon cream cheese glaze 4 oz cream cheese, softened (113g) 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened (28g) 1½ cups powdered sugar (180g) 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (30g) 1 tsp vanilla (5g) zest of 1 lemon pinch of salt 1–2 tbsp heavy cream, as needed beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy. add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, lemon zest, and salt. mix until smooth. add the heavy cream a little at a time until thick, creamy, and spreadable. #lemon #brownies #Recipe #baking #bakingrecipe
