skip the ai overexplanation: they tried to grab him and a couple other bikers for speeding and having illegal plates. this kid sped off and kept coming back to the original stop to taunt the cops repeatedly. the chased him for a bit then tailed him slowly, letting the police helicopters follow him. basically they kept the pressure on him to force him to run out of gas and he gave up, pulling up to a cop who didnt even have a chance to join the chase yet which is where this video begins. mom in the video is clearly an enabler as she keeps making excuses like "he was probably scared" even after being told that he had been taunting the cops so clearly he wasnt. i dont remember what his sentencing was though.
