![known for their freshly baked sourdough bagels, sourdough & brew started as a home-based bakery before opening their physical store near Boon Keng. after trying their sourdough bagels, i can confidently say that this is defo worth the hype!! 🥯 eggsplosion [$13.50] the scrambled eggs were sooo fluffy, while the tomato slices helped cut through the richness perfectly. the garlic cheese sourdough bagel had a crisp exterior with a soft and chewy centre, yet still felt surprisingly light and easy to finish. a must order when you’re here! ᢉ𐭩 🥯 chocolate bagel w whipped cream cheese [$8.80] the first bite won me over. i loved the decadent dark cocoa that blended soo well with the whipped cream cheese and i wished there was more chocolate filling inside 🤤 it wasn’t too sweet as well so it’s perfect for brunch. i’d try just the chocolate bagel the next time i return . ݁₊ ⊹ ☕️ iced white latte (sweetened) [$7.00] as a non-coffee drinker, i actually really enjoyed this! it was smooth and slightly sweet, making it super easy to drink 🤭 a safe choice if you’re not into strong coffee. my partner loved it too . ݁˖ . ݁ 🍵 iced matcha latte [$9.00] this was earthy, smooth and creamy with slight astringency. i opted unsweetened for this and felt that this was quite decent ˖᯽ ݁˖ i’m usually not a bagel person because I find most bagels overly oily, but 𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒅𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒘 completely changed my mind. their bagels aren’t made with oil, and every single dish we tried was delicious. not to mention, they had such a cosy and homey atmosphere, the kind of place you could easily spend hours at. i’d definitely return if i’m craving for some yummy bagels! please check them out if you haven’t 🥹 thank you Gina for having me and your warm hospitality! ❤️ #sgtiktok #sgfoodie #bagels #sgcafe #foodreview](/video/cover/7666663282966662418.webp)
