I was raised in a Catholic household as a child, no electronics, I was homeschooled til 3 grade, no one ever told me what trans people were. When I was 6 I realized I was non-binary. No one told me to think that way, I just knew.

This is coming from a trans man here, no adult EVER told me I had to be trans or ever introduced it to me. I felt wrong since 5th grade, and when I finally found out what being trans was through the internet, I felt comfortable enough to transition. For anything the adults are being less supportive than most transphobes think. My own father told me I’d never find love when I’m older if I mutilate myself. It’s not mutilation, it’s a medical procedure done by professionals, and everything done is with consent.
