I’m experiencing the same feelings and this is something I’m going to start implementing in my therapy, if you do therapy i recommend it, these are very confusing feelings to process.

When I was a senior in high school I caught a bug that made me the most physically ill I’ve been in my life. Even passed out in my kitchen at 4 am while trying to get water (dehydrated I guess?) I was miserable. When I went back to school and walked into class my teacher gasped and told me how much thinner I was. It was thrilling. I’ll never get that high again.
