I think it was unne at that time... do it say 11pm, the doping would still be in there system if they had right.... just for the argument I don't think either have, they incredible riders, especially Tadar

They're only allowed to test out of hours if there's a proven suspicion. The testers must have evidence that suggests something is going on. I do worry there's a new secret sauce going round that's only come to the attention of the authorities recently.
