The Hadith about the man who found his camel is not evidence for having to establish the hujjah as the man did not intent it. Actions are judged by their intentions. Since this was done in front of the prophet peace and blessing upon him and the hujjah was immediately established it was concluded that he did not intend it. This is not the same as the one who intends to purposely worship graves and such
