This is the only thing I’ve heard that makes sense, I’ve been trying everything and also had my doctor helping me, I’m skinny and have a hard time gaining muscle, but my stomach fat will not go away and I’m always feeling bloated, I’ve been trying different things for a year and a half now

That’s exactly what I’m going through right now, and no doctor will listen to me. I’ve tried everything, and because I’m having trouble coping with grief, I keep gaining fat around my abdomen and losing muscle despite my workouts. Ashwagandha, on the other hand, isn’t helping me 😭
