At least his coma life was almost similar to his own - can you imagine if you had a wife and kids that you loved , plenty of money, massive career but in reality you were totally alone, jobless and broke with zero hope of improving this 😳

Read a story years ago about a man who was in a coma and could hear his doctors telling his mam it was time to turn off the machines and he was screaming in his coma for her to hear him.

I think the brain goes into protection mode when things like this happen. I heard about a girl who was in a coma for a little while and there were always lots of flowers in her hospital room. When she came round she was talking about having spent a lot of time in a florist’s shop. I think about that all the time, the brain is amazing

Not a coma, but a dream. Post apocalyptiic world. I was residing in a super futuristic undergrad bunker. I was there for WEEKS. I had friends, hobbies. I still vividly remember the bunker and the people 6 months later. It was real to me.

when I was giving birth to my first child I kept passing out. I remember once whilst passed out I was walking along the beach, I could feel the sun on my face, the wind in my hair and the glistening sea. I felt like I was there for ages. Then to be shaken awake to regain conciousness to push again! It must have been seconds. I had a bit of trauma around this because for a while I had thought I must have died and come back again. Although the beach felt much nicer than the hospital room 🤣🤣

omg that's freaky 😳 I knew you was gonna say that.when I was little I had a dream all the time right up until I was 27 and it was me in a house and a beautiful little brown haired blue eyed girl was playing with me and saying peek a boo mummy.it was so strange anyway I had 2 boys then a girl and forgot about the dream then while I was pregnant with my 4th the dream came back ,when I gave birth it was the little girl from my dreams.shes 18 now but I've told her the story since she was little.what I don't get is why I didn't dream of my other kids I had before her.

Every morning just before I fully wake up i listen to see if I can hear my daughter’s footsteps. I just keep hoping that one morning I’ll wake up and it’s all been a dream and Tilly will be back with us because this life without her makes now sense. It literally feels like I dreamt her up except for the thousands of pictures and videos in my phone. 💔😞

My brother was put into a medically induced coma for 42 days last year due to an asthma attack. When he was finally brought back he didn’t remember anything, not even the asthma attack. He had to learn to walk again though. We are lucky to still have him ♥️

I haven’t been in a coma. But atp in my life I’m away from my kids and estranged from friends and family. I have vivid dreams almost every night that I am with my children and my parents and friends come over 😩 waking up is the worst.

My friend was in a coma for several weeks. She was brought out but had to be put back 'under' again due to other complications. No, my friend has HATED Christmas with a passion for as long as I've know her. When she came out of her coma and I visited her, it was early December. She was so excited about Christmas and kept telling everyone and thr nurses about the 4 Christmas trees she was going to put up when she went hime because she LOVES Christmas more than anything else in life. I believe she was reminiscing of her her childhood and not this lifetime. We were both late 30s at that point. Even now 10 years later, she seems to LOVE Christmas. I find it al so very bizarre, it was like getting to know my friend all over again.....but she wasnt the friend that I knew before hand.
