@dailymail: A man is in custody after setting off a "makeshift incendiary device" outside 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan this morning, which houses the New York field office of ICE. Authorities say the device was made of fireworks and a flammable liquid, sparking smoke and a causing a shelter-in-place at the building. 2 minor injuries were reported, and police believe the suspect is a protester with a history of anti-ICE activity.
