Serves 4 (rough macros) Cals 553 | Pro 32 | Carb 49 | Fat 27 Ingredients ~ 4 portions of Bolognese 8 fresh lasagna sheets 200g light cream cheese 100g grated mozzarella Method ~ *Cut a section of the lasagna sheet away so it’s more rectangular (save them for a pasta dish) and quickly dunk in boiling water to soften *Pop a dollop of cream cheese in the middle then top with the other lasagna sheet, add Bolognese portion on top, followed by another dollop of cream cheese, fold all the sides in, cover with cream cheese then grated mozzarella *Bake on 200C for 30 mins Hope you enjoy!
