Am I the only one who thinks Mike would ABSOLUTELY sob while confessing his love? like he would want to say it so so badly, and he'd spend at least 20 minutes in the mirror just saying it over and over, making sure he worded it just right, but as soon as he'd come up to Will he'd just burst into tears. and then Will, who rarely saw Mike cry, especially in such a "pathetic" way, would be like "Mike? What's wrong?.. are- are you okay? Mike???" and when Mike didn't respond, just wrapped his arms around Will's waist and cried into his shoulder, Will also hugged him and pet his back (very confused) and just comforted him with a soft "it's alright..." as they sat on the couch. it went on for half an hour, with Mike occasionally trying to speak up but ending up just sobbing more, untill he eventually let out a quiet, sobby "I just- I- I love you...". The whole speech was long forgotten, snot was coming out of his nose, his face was wet. in Mike's mind, it was the most unattractive love confession ever. I mean he hasn't cried that bad since forever, maybe last time was when Will was moving out or when they found his "dead body" in the river, but Will's head was spinning. his heart was beating so hard that he was sure Mike would've felt it if he wasn't so busy sobbing. and that's when Will started crying. Not as strongly as Mike, just a couple of tears ran from his cheek as he muttered "I- I love you too.."
