Steam for around twenty minutes after trimming the harder, outer leaves. Make a butter, lemon, anchovy dressing and peel the leaves off, dip them in the sauce with the thicker end first. Scrape the flesh off the leaf with your teeth. Yum. Avoid the choke at the centre. 👍
