There's nothing on the tuners head with that. MRC are good tuners with these. Going to stage 2 will spin the turbo turbine faster and they are prone for the turbine wheel basically shaking itself off the shaft. Biggest factor is wastegate position and the gas velocity act upon the turbine wheel. Two issue cause a closed wastegate, or nearly closed under full load and boost. 1 a exhaust with no back pressure which will cause the turbo to massively over speed, a common issue. plus and exhaust or cat choked. The Doug said the turbo is flat out and not making boost, which means a wastegate nearly closed and massive turbine velocity. Now if you watch the Video again you will see the exhaust ain't opening up the exhaust valves, so it's running with the rear box under pressure and on that exhaust a huge restriction, like Doug was pointing out. The Milltek rear box is a pressure vessel with the valves Closed trying to push stage 2 flow volume and boost levels. So when it goes back make sure them valves are working and not choking the turbo. You can see on this photo where them rear boxs build up huge pressure and heat. This situation would have more than likely happen to any tuner running it.
