@optimizedmale: Pelvic floor muscle men need to know about: the bulbocavernosus. Most premature ejaculation isn't psychological. It's a reflex problem. The bulbocavernosus controls the ejaculatory response. When it's undertrained, it fires too fast and too hard. Kegels strengthen that contraction pattern. But if your pelvic floor is already tight, kegels add tension to tension. That makes the reflex faster, not slower. Dorey's 2005 BJU International study showed structured pelvic floor training restored function in three out of four men — but that cohort had weak floors, not tight ones. The protocol depends on which direction your dysfunction runs. The free 7-day plan is in the bio. #menshealth #kegelexercises #urology #menshealthtips #pelvicfloor
