I would’ve picked my dog up in an instant! I know my dog is a barker and tries to initiate a fight. I would definitely be trying to keep my dog out of the way.

I have a 10 pound Shih Tzu who is not a barker at all. Most people never hear him bark, but if we are coming up to a dog that does not appear friendly, I will pick up my dog quickly to keep him safe! It’s my job to protect him.

Wait a minute wait a minute wait a minute wait a minute Judge Judy you said that before and other cases like this that if a person loses control of their dog, whether or not they’re leased or not they’re still responsible now you’re saying that she’s not you go back-and-forth that’s how I know this show is a set up and the outcome is made before anybody comes in front of you and plead their case like it’s a set up

I had two dachshunds and they were rapper and I did pick them up to ensure their safety cause I knew my little guys got in the bug dogs face they were lunch ....I had two king shepherds and I walked them one hand ....guy totally at fault

Responsibility for dogs that bit the small dogs the fact the they bit means she was not in control as the bit!! I have small dogs & I always pick them up reduce the risk!
