I can’t blame u since the anime didn’t interpret it right compared to the novel where if you did read all of it, it was stated really clearly in the nov that rudues isn’t mentally 30 in a kids body which would defeat the whole point of the story it was only brought up a few times though so u gota read carefully. U can fact check this all you want u can also check his twitter where he answers a lot of those questions there that’s about it

The reason people can't agree on this show is that real-world laws and definitions are built entirely on physical biology and chronological age. Because our real-world terminology breaks down when applied to that premise, trying to force a black-and-white label onto it doesn't work—it’s a thought experiment that the real world just doesn't have a category for look at it as a fictional premise rather than a real-life situation. In the world of the story, he is physically a child growing up alongside other children. Psychologically, he has the memories of an adult. It’s designed to be uncomfortable, but because it’s a fantasy construct that can’t exist in our world, trying to judge it strictly by our legal or clinical definitions misses the point of how fiction uses strange, impossible concepts to tell a story.
