Follow these steps: 1) Create your logo 2) Select the line tool and create a line 3) Go to effect > distort & transform > transform 4) Increase the number of copies & vertical move 5) Go to object > expand appearance 6) Place your logo on top of the lines 7) Go to file > scripts > SplitPath To make the cool depth effect: 8) Increase stroke weight > go to window > gradient > choose a color > set one of the opacities to 0% and there you go!
