the mortality rate for skydiving/parachuting with a trained individual is around 1 in 500,000. you EXISTING within your city is more risky than this. not to mention any activities at sea, in a motorized vehicle, or anywhere else where anybody has ever gotten harmed. the only thing this does is teach the child about managing fear and not being afraid of small things that wont hurt them.
