Whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Add the flour and salt, then whisk until smooth. Strain twice and chill for 15 minutes. 2. Heat a lightly greased 24 cm non-stick pan over low heat. Pour the batter into the pan, swirl to coat evenly, and cook until the surface is no longer glossy. Do not flip. Repeat with the remaining batter. 3. Prepare the whipped cream according to the package instructions and whip until stiff peaks form. 4. Lay 3 crepes slightly overlapping each other.
