Accidentally getting a dui is my work fear. I don’t drink much and I certainly don’t drive after but I do have zero balance, 2 fucked up knees and nystagmus when I have a migraine, which is all the time 😂😂😂

Never submit to SFSTs, even 100% sober. They are not geared to prove your sobriety. They are geared to give LE indicators of impairment to add evidence to their case.

Tbh idk why they run field tests after a crash like that bc that’s the perfect window to not even be aware u might have a concussions :/ plus the shock. A medical event like low blood pressure cause have caused the crash too and that might look like being under the influence. Like why don’t they just take blood or have them blow it’s not fair to test them field when they could have a medical thing going on.
