Pro tip, hire an inspector every couple years 3-5yrs for a "maintenance inspection" to check all the obvious and possibly not so obvious areas/issues of your home.

Can I give 2 hacks for maintenance? If you need to service your AC, have it done in the winter. Most HVAC places offer specials because they have no one on their books at the time and you can get it done for like $99. Same thing for wood/gas stoves for heating. Have those cleaned in the middle of summer. Those guys have specials running for about the same price as the AC because it’s out of season! 😉💕
