Also they won’t let you cancel if you have a balance due. Without payment you can’t cancel and on top of that it’s an ordeal to cancel the shit anyway

Being the fact that you had the Black card membership, I would of left there and gone to another Planet Fitness. Present them your card and ask them if they could scan the card and tell you if there were any issues. If there were, I'm sure they would explained to you what is the problem. If there wasn't any then the problem was her.
