Yes, a million viewers rated it… they didn’t. It’s reviewers and paid for. Rotten tomatoes is owned by the studios putting movies out lol the system isn’t honest whatsoever. The profits are a misrepresentation because the cost of a ticket has nearly doubled over the last 8 years. Doesn’t mean I’m out here trashing the film I’m just conveying reality.

I mean there’s only 3 movies in the ALL TIME top 1000 (we’re talking TICKETS SOLD) that have been made post covid. Bad boys for life. Spider man: No Way Home. And Sonic the Hedgehog. And they’re all in the bottom half. 500 and below. So. “Openings” are talking about gross box office, which means didly squat because you’re not accounting for the time value of money. Tickets sold is the only measure that makes a damn. That’s all. 💅

It’s called Hypesteria.
