Can I make a drink cup out of MERINGUE?! ✨Recipe: Ingredients: • 4 egg whites (room temperature) • 1 cup sugar • ⅛ pinch salt • ¼ tsp cream of tartar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 4 oz white chocolate, melted Directions: 1. In a stand mixer bowl, combine the egg whites, salt, and cream of tartar. Beat on low speed, gradually increasing to high until the mixture becomes frothy. 2. Bake on the middle rack at 200°F for 2 hours, then turn off the oven and let the cookies sit inside for another 2 hours to fully dry. 6. Remove from the oven, let cool completely, then open the parchment and remove the cup. 7. Remove the parchment lining then pour some melted white chocolate into the meringue cup, rotating it to ensure the whole inside is coated. Pour excess back into a bowl. 8. Fill with your favorite cold drink, then enjoy this light and airy edible cup! ☁️✨
