In the beginning of season 6, Phoebe unintentionally became the most powerful witch the Charmed universe. her new empath power allowed her to deflect ANY power, good or evil that was directed at her. her empath power was incredible! once the show realized the implications of phoebe having that power, becoming not only the most powerful charmed one, but the most powerful witch in existence. so the show wrote something up to strip her of all her powers… i hated that so much. she did not deserve losing all her powers 😭❤️

here's the thing that Prue learned, that Piper and Paige really didn't...PHOEBE was always at the advantage even WITHOUT powers, THAT'S why Prue learned hand to hand combat with Phoebe so that she could adapt as necessary for her sisters or innocents as Phoebe did. Prue was the one who saw Phoebe as stronger than even the demons did after she learned martial arts because she had an advantage that Prue saw her and Piper didn't: even without magic available, Phoebe could fight a demon off. I'm not the biggest fan of Phoebe but homegirl was NOT the weakest witch, if anything she was one of the smartest to actively learn how to defend herself away from solely relying on magic and Prue recognized that and started learning hand to hand with Phoebe. like she was strong just not necessarily magically and that's what made her such a powerhouse. Prue and later Piper had their offensive powers, and Paige her orbing powers, but Phoebe had her adaptability

IMO, Phoebe was the most skilled out of the 4 sisters because she had to learn to rely on her instincts and the craft entirely rather than just her power. That’s why she was really good with spells. While Prue, piper, and Paige eventually grew as witches as well, they relied heavily on their active powers to battle demons but Phoebe had to train harder out of the 4 because her power was passive.

This scene is a pick because Phoebe knew the exact moment she’s gonna levitate her power would be stolen so she had one last kick enough to gain them time for the crystals. Her power was passive so it wasn’t a face to face threat such as telekinesis or blowing but it was definitely not below of the other powers
