@cor64music: Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (SEGA, 1992) Mystic Cave Zone - by the incredible Masato Nakamura. An iconic soundtrack and game that I spent so many hours playing. Even as a kid I was so in love with the music. When I got good enough at bass, I would learn these songs and play them over and over. Always the sickest and funkiest bass licks. That gritty Sega sound! Had fun with some looping to play most the parts on this one and some sampling. Used some dx7 patches, some DMX drums - and tried to make it a little heavier while honoring the OG #90s #vgm #retrogaming #synth
