@simplycamg: To Victory Liner Baguio: Please communicate, coordinate, and be consistent. Passengers shouldn’t have to suffer the inconvenience of conflicting information from your own staff. What makes this even more frustrating? Just ONE WEEK APART, the SAME thing happened. One teller told me there is NO advance booking for Sampaloc. But since I was traveling with my senior citizen parents, I decided to ask at the Senior/PWD Area Teller—and guess what? I was able to purchase our Sampaloc tickets IN ADVANCE. Fast forward to July 18: I tried to do the exact same thing, TWO tellers—including the Senior/PWD Area Teller—told me advance booking wasn’t allowed. Same terminal. Same route. Same request. Different answers. 😩 I already submitted my concern through Victory Liner’s feedback form, but as of this writing, I have yet to receive any response.
