Can you speak on creatine and the study that was done when Alzheimer’s patients were given a certain amount of creatine and started to improve. I can’t remember where I read this. Not even sure it was peer reviewed.

The most powerful risk factor is our chronological age.

I just read an article that says if you have high p-tau 217 level, you’re at risk to develop Alzheimer’s in 10 years. Now I’m freaking out because my husband’s level is high, mine is normal. He’s had beta amyloid and other testing, which was normal. His Neurologist didn’t indicate heat risk to develop it in the next 10 years. Is that true? He has a follow up appt in August.

We often mess up the cause and effect relationship. Some signs are the consequences of dementia that have been acting in a human for two decades. Others collected the signs and interpreted as the cause of dementia and spread out to people on social media. The signs are not risk factors but they are the dooming results of the ongoing dementia 🤨
