I recently went down to West Sacramento Dmv to update my class a license and I noticed in the testing area. People were talking to each other and having their phones out which is a huge huge violation at least it was when I was taking my test. They are not policing that area. They’re letting people use their phones. This is for a commercial driving so it’s very serious.

They've hidden the costs and planning of the Capitol Annex. The Bullet Train remains an ongoing mystery. And this DMV problem; does it include the immigrant Truckers' Licensing. The Capitol Party sure hides a lot of it's works. How corrupt is it?
