girl i’m t1d, GF and my ferritin was at a 3, try you’re best and push for iron infusions !! i started them at the beginning of the year and feel so much betterrr and honestly it’s helped a lot with my energy. we also lack so muchh because of the fact that we are GF, stuff that we just don’t get on a daily basis! i hope you feel better queen you got this 🩷

I’m Also Type 1 diabetic and my ferritin is 6.. I wonder what the correlation is? Maybe leaky gut from sugars?

my ferritin was a 2 and i got infusions and you truly don’t know how bad you’ve been feeling till you feel better, so many things are affected by low iron, i can tell you more about it as well since i just went through it and am actually currently traveling in europe

you really just need to take iron with vitamin c every day an hour before you eat or two hours after!! my ferritin went from and eight to a 53 within a few months!
