@orpatchy: Here's how much profit my tiny house made in its second year on Airbnb, and also, what I'm doing to make more money and work less in year three. In January, it made -£688 pounds (-$875) January is just… not a good month. In February, it made £128 ($163) In March, it made £329 ($418) For April, it made £769 ($977) And in May it made £901 ($1,145) In June the summer bookings started flying in, so it made £1,178 ($1,497) In July, it made £1,450 ($1,842) August was the best month of the year at £1,998 ($2,538) September was surprisingly good at £1,859 ($2,361) For October, it made £839 ($1,066) November did very well given this is not really a holiday month at £878 pounds ($1,116) And in December, it did much better than the first year where it lost money, this time making £505 pounds ($642) In total, in its second year, the tiny house made a profit of £10,150 ($12,900) which was an increase of £1,136 ($1,532) from the first year. Now, to make more money and work less in year three, I’ve been using Guesty Lite and in particular, there are two features which have made it well worth my while.
