Here is another Disadvantage to the push button selector - when going through an automatic car wash, and you put the Pilot in Neutral, you must apply the break before switching into drive.

I’m not a fan of it. I get anxiety every dang time I take it through a car wash. You have to push the brake to get it into drive from neutral.

I love popping the gear into neutral when going downhill and just coasting. Can you do that with an electric gear shift?

@Goldy: Also car washes are a nightmare trying to go from Neutral to Drive because you need to engage the brake to change gears. You have to hope they didn’t put people directly behind you when exiting.

I have the 2025 pilot and I hate it. This is my third pilot and I wish I would’ve kept my 2013 cause this one sucks
