After all the late nights, countless practice questions, and empty Lindt Chocolate boxes, I finally turned my dream into reality! 🥹 I spent four weeks on intensive review. It was challenging to balance my time — I didn’t know how I managed to prepare for the NCLEX while attending university classes (without any study leave) and working my usual 3-4 night shifts in the hospital. I pushed myself so hard that I became unwell for a few days, and during that time, I realised I needed to step back a little. My husband witnessed the many hours I dedicated to studying that I could not even watch a Kdrama. I declined calls from family and friends so I can have more time to review and instead of sleeping, I read my notes during breaks at work. I needed to concentrate, knowing I only have limited time to study. After the exam, I felt disheartened because I know that I had failed. I never had any moments of self-doubt not until I finished the exam. The test was so difficult and I already prepared myself for the worst. But everything changed when I saw the word “PASS”. I couldn’t believe it! 😭 I am incredibly grateful to my family especially to my husband for believing in me and uplifting my spirits. I could not have done this without your support. @Joey 🤷🏻‍♂️ To everyone who are preparing for the exam, I understand that the journey can be challenging, but remember your reasons of pursuing it. Yes it is tough, but the hardships will prove worthwhile. Set aside you worries and surrender to the Lord! Don’t lose hope and ALWAYS BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!
