What kind of chargers did you use? I know that the super fast chargers for cell phones can damage the board. (But also it sounds like the board was 💀 before that)

Have you tried connecting with software and updated, could be firmware issues?? And also did you connected with an outlet (like how we charge phones) because doing that damages to keeb, its too powerful for them or did you charged with computer like win/mac or laptops?

next to the charging port there is a thing that says 2.4ghz wired and bluetooth you have to switch it around if you want different compatability

Also — try emailing their customer service. They might be able to help you troubleshoot (or possibly replace)
