@cbsnews: A suspect was taken into custody in New York City on Monday after an incendiary device went off outside a federal building that houses dozens of agencies, including the city's ICE, FBI and citizenship and immigration offices. Firefighters said four people had minor, non-life-threatening injuries, and one was transported to a local hospital. Sources described the suspect as an anti-ICE activist. They said he had a small cart with him with the slogan "ICE off our streets" written on it. A Federal Protective Service officer "swiftly tackled and detained the agitator, sustaining minor injuries during the incident," DHS said in a statement. #news #nyc #federal #arson #crime
