@tuvecinadeallado: Creator burnout does not necessarily mean being glued to your phone twelve hours a day. I wasn’t. And in a way, that was even worse. Because even when the phone wasn’t in my hand, my energy was there. What do I post today? Why isn’t this working? Why did that work better? Am I shadow-banned? What are the statistics doing? My body was offline. But my thoughts, my attention and my whole fucking energy field were still inside the online business. I wasn’t living on my phone all day. But the phone was living inside my head all day. That is burnout too. #burnout #creator #online
