Read up on the story of the Chinese marathon runner who started her period in the middle of the race and she kept going with the blood running down her legs because she said if she didn’t finish that race she wouldn’t place for the next one. she decided it didn’t matter and she didn’t care. The pictures are very empowering!

Women’s bodies are amazing and it’s just now in here and maybe some of the past year where they started studying menstrual blood and found out it’s like chalk full of stem cells and can help with healing like why did that never occur to anybody before like it’s amazing and a breastmilk powerful stuff
