Ours have: wetwipes, tissues, fem products, lipbalm, allergy meds, paracetamol, bandaids, a small wetbag, a spare pair of undies in 'n plastic baggie, sunscreen and a some money.

I’m shocked you can send her with the Tylenol, most schools in Texas will write the kid up for “drugs” if they’re caught with it and it has to be sent to the nurse with a medication administration form signed by their pediatrician 😳
