iv done all the injections and nothing has helped. next step is talking to the surgeon. I was hopping the injections would help bc I didn't want surgery. im left with no other choice bc the pain is extremely bad.

Decompression table had worked for me and chiropractic work along with laser therapy and shock wave treatment. However it expensive. For three months 3000 and for the next year Another 3000. Had two injections. Last one a yr ago in August.

don't worry don't panic youga and and prepare to brain there nothing it's just a normal injury you will recover as soon as possible but u first find the cause of pain and do some exercise with the dealing of physiotherapist u will recover insha Allah know I am almost pain free doing job and daily routine work Alhamdulila

Jag har blivit opererad för det kunnde inte gå utan att få mycket smärta känner inte mej lika stark i min rygg längre och har bivit av med min smärta den messta i alla fall men har haft tryck på min nerv så länge så har domningar i min högra fot 🦶 och det blir inte bättre
