I dont think it just "shrunk", the battery probably expanded.. and they would rather give you a new ring than have a lawsuit on their hands when that thing catches fire on your finger 😅

We have brains, so let’s try to use it. Oura rings cannot be put onto the charger in any position. You need to make sure the divots line up, so spin it until it falls onto the charger…

The battery in mine stopped charging after not even a year. I contacted them and they immediately started the process of replacing it! And they were super nice and gave great information for me!!
