I think you guys forget they are sisters first and at their ages.. ur sister is a pain in your butt. U don’t appreciate your siblings until u grow up and become adults…. So ur lecturing is going on def ears until they become adults.. so try and give them some grace…. Becuz they don’t always need this pointed out…. The best friend moment only comes once they have fully matured. Not before then not when they are kids or when they teenagers…

As a current college sophomore who's sister is a high school senior. I'm running xc and track D1 and my sister will too. We have trained together for years and like Nellie and Piper we have very different personalities even when it comes to training. It'll get easier as they get older.

It’s a tall ask to expect sisters to be each others training partner, they live all day together, maybe they need to find other training partners, whilst I appreciate you have goals and dreams as a family, but everyone needs space, be careful not to push your own ambitions on your kids.
