I’m a 51 years old, I’m what a lot of people would consider an old school tough guy, so much that when things are to emotional for everyone else dealing with whatever situation always falls to me. I was a paramedic for 15 years I’m a pro at compartmentalization in the worst of situations. My Izzy died last year and I balled for days and I’m tearing up right now thinking about it. Some of them just get to us, touch our hearts like nothing ever has and when that’s gone it hurts too much for it not to show. Your good kiddo, just gotta give it time it’s all that takes the edge off and sometimes you gotta ugly cry it out.
