The suspect allegedly placed fireworks inside a garbage can, causing an explosion and fire outside at 26 Federal Plaza, which houses U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement offices. No shots were fired, but several people were taken to hospitals with minor injuries, sources say. The Joint Terrorism Task Force is leading the investigation.
