From experience, use a minimum of 4 mL of bacteriostatic water for a 1,000 mg NAD+ vial, anything less increases the likelihood of crystallization. for a 500 mg NAD+ vial, 3 mL has worked well to keep it fully dissolved.

Are you doing NAD certain days? I researched 5 days on 2 days off. But maybe 3x a week may be more reasonable at 25mg.
